Verna Seal Appointed to Vacant Position No. 7 City Council Position

Congratulations to Verna Seal! Verna was appointed by the City Council Monday night to fill the vacancy in Position No. 7 through November when the General Election is certified. She previously served on the City Council from 2006-2021 and Tukwila will benefit from the knowledge and experience she brings.

The vacant council seat was previously held by De’Sean Quinn who was appointed to the King County Council earlier this year.
