🚨K9 Raider Tracks Suspects Wanted For Firearm Related Crimes 🚨

Hopefully everyone enjoyed the weather this weekend and enjoyed Seafair and the Blue Angels flying over the city quite a few times! K9 Raider got to hang out with the Blue Angels early in his shift on Friday night then got right to work with two successful tracks the same night.

K9 Raider was requested to assist a neighboring jurisdiction with tracking a suspect that had shot someone. Raider quickly picked up the scent and tracked the suspect who was ultimately taken into custody.

A bit later in the evening, Tukwila officers were dispatched to a business in the 14200 blk Tukwila Int Blvd after receiving a reported that an adult male had pointed a gun at an employee following a dispute. The suspect fled on foot following the altercation. Officers set up a perimeter and Raider began tracking the suspect. The suspect was identified as the same one from a similar incident a week prior and had an active warrant for a firearms violation. Raider tracked the suspect to the 14800 blk Tukwila Int Blvd where an officer spotted his poor attempt to hide behind a bus shelter. He was taken into custody without incident.
