Information Regarding Online Video

We are aware of a video circulating online depicting a nude male in a department store acting erratically. The individual depicted in the video was in mental crisis. Shortly after the video shared online ends, the individual had a serious medical emergency which necessitated the need for medics and transportation to the hospital.

There have been claims from uninvolved parties that the individual molested a child and other variations of different possible scenarios. Officers that responded and investigated the incident found no evidence of that after speaking with witnesses and reviewing available footage. Probable cause was established for a misdemeanor assault charge against the individual for his actions during the incident. He was arrested by citation for assault.
