Two Detained Following Pursuit

At around 2PM, officers received a FLOCK Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) notification that a stolen vehicle associated with a homicide that occurred yesterday evening had entered Tukwila. Officers quickly located the vehicle in the vicinity of West Valley Hwy and 405 at which time the vehicle fled from officers. 

Due to the nature of the recent crime associated with the vehicle, a pursuit was authorized and Tukwila officers pursued the vehicle as it fled into Seattle. The suspect vehicle was involved in a collision in Seattle near Be’er Sheva Park shortly after entering the Seattle city limits and two suspects were detained by Tukwila officers. No injuries were reported.
