McDonald’s Partners With Tukwila PD to Provide Gift Cards for Kids

Thank you to McDonald’s aka The House of Ron on Southcenter Pkwy for donating gift cards for our officers to hand out to kids. They stopped by on Monday to present Chief Drever with the gift cards.

This is part of our ongoing partnership with McDonald’s and other businesses in the area to improve public safety in the Southcenter District and along the Tukwila International Blvd corridor. As part of these efforts, last month, we attended a regional McDonald’s managers meeting to talk about issues common to both service industry and retail establishments in the region such as dealing with disorderly individuals, homelessness, trespassing and other topics public safety topics that are commonly brought up as concerns.
