Assault Suspect Arrested

Just after 9PM, officers responded to the Southcenter District regarding a dispute that had turned physical. A belligerent male acting erratically was reported to have assaulted a security officer and a customer. 

Upon arrival, officers located the suspect who assaulted the responding officer then fled on foot. Officers caught up to the suspect who bit one officer then assaulted another officer during the struggle before being taken into custody. 

The suspect was booked into jail. Both officers received non-life threatening injuries as a result of the assault.
