Catalytic Converter Thief Shoots at Vehicle Owner

At approximately 4:21PM, officers were dispatched to the report of a shooting in the 11200 blk 51st Ave S. 

Arriving officers located an adult male victim who had received a minor injury as a result of being grazed by a projectile. 

Officers determined that the victim had noticed someone under his vehicle removing the catalytic converter. When he confronted the suspect, a different suspect emerged from their getaway vehicle and fired a shot at the victim before fleeing in the vehicle. 

The suspects were not located.
