Detectives investigate overnight shooting

Shooting Investigation – On Sunday February 7th at approximately 10:38PM, officers responded to the report of a shooting that had occurred in the 10700 blk 47th Ave S. Arriving officers located an adult male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

Officers rendered aid to the victim at the scene until the Tukwila FD took over. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The incident is not believed to be random. Major Crimes Unit (MCU) detectives are investigating the case.
