Two Taken Into Custody Following Foot Pursuit

Police activity in the vicinity of the 300 blk Strander Blvd is due to a foot pursuit stemming from an armed carjacking that occurred in another city.

Officers located the victim vehicle in the area and identified the two male suspects. The suspects were located shortly thereafter and fled on foot. After a brief foot pursuit, both suspects were taken into custody. A firearm was also recovered.
