To address the need for more housing and meet state mandates, Tukwila is updating its housing regulations to allow for more housing types. Tukwila’s new regulations will allow for greater density in traditionally single family and medium density zones.

Will this be discussed again as we are out of town and as lifelong Tukwila residents, we Find concern with this entire concept, particularly in Tukwila aware code enforcement doesn’t happen regularly or with a laisser faire attitude.
