Happy Thanksgiving! Our Days B crew has been out and about patrolling the streets on this nice Thanksgiving day since before the sun came up 😴 Funny fact about today’s crew…You would think that it would be all the rookie officers patrolling on a holiday. However it’s quite the opposite. Your streets are being patrolled by many of our senior veteran officers.
Our most junior officer working today has 14 years in law enforcement and our most senior officer working has 24 years in law enforcement. The combined total for the crew patrolling your streets today is 84 years of experience. The more stripes you see on an officers sleeve, the more time on the job they have (3 years for every stripe)

On this day of Thanksgiving, just wanna say…to our officers (and ALL Tukwila first responders)….we are so grateful for your courage and commitment to our community! Your efforts, day in and day out, are noticed and appreciated!! It may not feel that way, but the majority of us really do support you! Our voices just aren’t as loud. WE need to change that! So, Gods blessings upon you all and a wish for joy, peace and safety in the upcoming Holiday season. Be safe!
