Officer Struck by Passing Vehicle Overnight

At approximately 7:48PM, an officer responded to a vehicle collision at the intersection of Grady Way and Interuban Ave S. 

While working the scene, the officer was struck by a passing vehicle. The officer was transported to the hospital for evaluation and was released the same evening.

The involved motorist who struck the officer stopped and was cooperative. Washington State Patrol responded to the scene to handle the collision involving the vehicle that struck the officer.
