Meet Our New Community Engagement Coordinator

Welcome to the Tukwila PD family Brooke Pinkston! Brooke has joined our team as our Community Engagement Coordinator.

Brooke previously worked as a Communication Specialist with the Port of Seattle and prior to that was an Assignment Editor at KIRO7. During her time with KIRO7, she did a ride along with our officers and began doing more ride alongs with area police and fire departments to better understand how the departments work and the communities they serve.

In her role as the Community Engagement Coordinator, Brooke will be our liaison with apartment managers, religious institutions, businesses and other community leaders to help us further our outreach efforts and the public safety goals of the community.
